Good afternoon my ukulele partners in everything but crime! In Brooklyn they say it's not social music until you're playing a Jim Reeves song with your Jamaican friends and after this lesson you'll be ready with one of his "country-pop" finest. We'll do some finger picking and take a look at how to find a simple, but effective, 2 string solo. Double stops are a great way to take a lead or accompany and this song lends itself perfectly to these harmonized scales. I hope you find your way deep into this one and please let me know how these tunes are working for you.
Until next time, make it social!
