Hello out there! Dennis Gruenling here now with the third chorus of “First Class”. We will once again be utilizing some smooth, gradual bends on the 2 draw in this chorus, so be sure you are giving your bending muscles a good workout with your practice time. The half and whole step on the 3 draw bends will also need some attention, and there will be some rhythmic comping going on in a few short sections here, adding a nice pulse to some phrases I play. If you have some difficulty with the rhythmic comping, be sure to work on it slowly just as an exercise by itself first, and then build up to the speed of this song.
Have fun with this section and I will see you next week!
