Hi Everyone!
Dennis Gruenling here for the next section (chorus 9) of my “First Class” study piece. This week we will be doing more long phrases covering the entire bottom octave to start out with. If you are still a little uncomfortable playing these new note patterns in 1st Position, now would be a good time to set aside separate practice time for them. Comfort is necessary to carry these patterns out with this type of fluidity, which will just come with some additional practice. We’re heading into the home stretch now with this, so I hope you are getting a little more familiar with this new Position! See you next week to wrap this one up.
