Hi Folks, this week finish "The Stumble" by going over the last two head choruses. The melody is exactly the same as the first two opening head verses so what we are learning today is the 4 bar stop time sections for each of the final verses plus the ending riff.
Have fun! And send me videos, Duke

Allan, You sound great. Don't worry about playing exact like the record. You've got a good feeling for it and a great sound! Just work on the double stop parts on the head. Your doing good on it. Keep up the good work! Duke
Dave, I have that recording and see if I can digest it! Duke
here's my humble attempt at the Stumble - with a lot more appreciation for Freddie King's tasteful styling - I'm afraid every time I launch into it, it suddenly morphs and goes right out the window, & sometimes it boils down to persevering no matter which notes are flying sideways - but heck, I'm having fun - thanks for the lessons, it feels like something bluesy is percolating in
Duke,
Do think the guitar classic "Guitar Boogie" by Arthur Smith would something we would be able to digest?

Thank you Steve, glad you're enjoying it! Duke
Great lesson Duke. I love Freddie King.
