For the last few days, the video lessons have been breaking up or stopping altogether.  If I hit the play button they restart but soon crash.  Is the problem at my end or yours?  Thanks.

Hi Harvey --- that sounds like a connection speed issue.  

--- are you logging on from a different location?

--- is there someone else trying to watch videos online the same time you are?

I was having the breakup trouble too and  Mike pointed me to the connection speed thing.  That was the problem.  All fixed up now.  Thanks, Mike.
