Mike - every time I try to play a video it starts to play then stops and says I have no trial lessons remaining - i have tried to log out and back in and am having the same result - dont know why its letting me post in the forum and not letting me play the videos

Hi Frank -- OK -- I sent you an answer via your contact us message yesterday.  I believe you have two accounts -- one is a guest / trial account and another is your full access monthly membership account.

logged in? Says I have 0 trial lessons left

Hi JJ -- yes -- you are logged in and have used both of your free trial lessons (that's why it says 0 trial lessons left).  

You can join with a full access account by clicking on the "Sign Up" button in the upper right portion of your screen.
