We're re-issuing one of Jerry's most popular lessons with re-mastered video and updated loop points. From Jerry:
Here's the backing track for "Mean Old World". Follow Rick's count to play the intro on time. These backing tracks are very helpful for you to play the original parts or how I break down those original parts in context. Walter rarely played the same thing twice, though, and alternate takes of his songs demonstrate this. After you have mastered enough technique and knowledge of the instruments layout so that you can improvise on your own, you can come back to any of these backing tracks and put your own spin on things. It's also good for you to record yourself playing against them. That will give you a clear idea of how you sound and also what sections might need attention. Have fun.
