I guess the only thing to do with Swinging the Blues which I"ve also been looking at today is to print off the sheet music and get my fingers around the changes eh?? I understand the 2,5,1 but need to learn the chord fragments so they slide under my fingers easier
Any practice secrets there ?? Watched a guy in Sydney, very accomplished jazz player and he was playing two note chords pretty much the whole time when not soloing
Budget model hey, I suspect you could make a bit of fencing wire and a jam tin sound good. Best $19.95 I've spent in a while, will join up for the year after Xmas

Speaking of tone, what are those pickups please?? are they P90's maybe ?? it's a Les Paul but can't get close enough to see exactly what they are
