Just going back over this old favorite and wondering if you can call out the G chord voicing that you used in the tag at the very end…Sounds to me like a first position G dominant seven will work but I’m hearing some extra grease in your voicing and would love to know how you got the sound
allright finally got a decent take...why o why does the record button make me screw up? everything is perfect in the woodshed but something about that blinking red light.... thanks for this tune Duke! on to the next lesson.
Shorty -- the backing track is accessible by the "play" button in the widget on the right with the camera, the thing to add a lesson to your practice list and the printer icon.
such awesome guitar work - so true! was this solo transcribed from a particular recording of The Stumble? I've got six versions and they're all different!
the original track under "background listening" isn't quite in the key of C. its more like B plus. maybe its an artifact of the recording process?
anyway, if you want to play along with the original, here is a pitch-adjusted version that is closer to the key of C.
great take. ps. nice shirt too. pps. wow its hard to come up with enough chops for 9 choruses!!
Very nice playing Shorty! I especially like the next to last chorus! Good stuff! Duke
hey Duke!

Is there a backing track to practice San Ho Zay? Duke mentioned it in this last lesson...
