A Section Soloing

Always Be In Love > A Section Soloing

Hi Folks,

This week we are starting working on soloing for I'll Always Be In Love With You. Keep in mind if you've played 8 bar blues form tunes like Trouble in Mind or Key To The Highway this song is not that far off. It's A section is an 8 bar form also. It just has a minor chord after the dominant chord on the four so it's easy to think of in a similar way. It just has a bridge. So it's a A A B A form. I demonstrate a lot of ideas with examples for soloing and I'm sure you'll find it a fun and simple, but different, as a song to play. Post some videos with the track when you get the hang of it and we'll have one more lesson on soloing next week.

Enjoy!

Duke
