Hi Folks,
Here we are at the last lesson for Avalon. I hope you are all enjoying the song and lessons. Again I would love to see more videos from all of you playing this. This week I show you a bunch of riffs and chords. We go over lots of double stops, chords and chords which can be used as a solo melody in places. Chord phrases whiched can be used in certain places mixed with single string lines help keep it interesting. Then we learn the, as I call it, the stripper ending. Which is a really effective way to end the song. Good luck and keep on working this and you'll enjoy it.

Thanks very much, Duke! That's really nice to hear. I don't play out anymore, so I usually don't have anyone but my wife to tell me if something was good or not so good. I'm kind of thinking that I might go back to it in a few years when I retire from my day gig, and I'm hoping to be good enough by that time to get a regular gig on guitar. So that's my goal. I'm tired of carrying around keyboards!!! ;-) Thanks again! Bruce
