Hello Folks, This week we are working on the 3rd verse for "Going Down Slow." On this verse we create more intensity by going up to the second position and playing the higher 7th chord with 8th notes on the one chord. For the 4 chord we go back to the 1st position D7 chord with the third on the bottom E string and we roll the chord by raking down the strings for a piano like rolling effect. It's a great feel to employ playing solo. Looking forward to hearing some of you sending videos of this one.
