We're re-issuing one of Jerry's most popular lessons with re-mastered video and updated loop points. From Jerry:
Here's the breakdown of the first chorus of Little Walter's "Blue Midnight." Bb harp in key of F. Timing, tone, accuracy of bends and a bit of tongue blocking on the turnaround are the essential elements. The riffs and movements are really quite simple. Have fun.
Jerry

Your demonstration of the turnaround for the first chorus starts at 4:10.
Thanks,

Yes, the 2/5 blow.
Man, what a beautiful piece.
On the turn around, you scoop up to the 3-draw, then 4-draw, 5 blow, - Are you playing the 2-5 blow there? It sounds like more than a single note.
Thanks
Bill
Hi Bill,
Which turnaround? Give me a time code.
