We're re-issuing one of Dennis's most popular lessons with re-mastered video and updated loop points. From Dennis:
Hello Sonic Junction harpsters! This week we wrap up my blues scale study piece “Scaled Down”, and break apart the last two choruses here, chorus 10 and chorus 11. For most of chorus 10 we will be keeping it musically simple, but it’s all about the groove. As we hit the final chorus, we take it on back to the head (or the theme) of the song that we played during the opening chorus, and then bring it home with a little blues scale ending here. Hopefully this has been fun for you, and you are more familiar and comfortable using the blues scale now in your playing and practicing. Knowing the blues scale well will surely be to your advantage if you want to play a lot of blues related material.
Thanks for studying with me here, and keep blown’ the blues!
