Boogie on the I Breakdown of 2nd Verse
Yesirree...One chord grooves.....easy because one doesn't have to be concerned with chord changes....hard because it's all on YOU to get creative...early on, most run out of ideas...

Duke,
How did you end the song at the 7:30 mark? It looks like some kind of dim chord walk up.

Hello Harmonica Hounds!
I’m excited to be back this week and go further along with my “Boogie On The I” song. One big thing we want to try to work on and really internalize here...

Getting the rythm of the singing the way you do is way tricky, so I've adapted it a bit. Let me know what you think.

Based on the tab file provided, do you play the C note on the B string once by itself and then again with the open A string (notes 7 and 8 on the first line of the tab), or do you...

Don't be afraid to try singing...you will get better if you work at it. It is just about finding your own voice over time and of course singing in key. One way is to sing acapella...

I hear you. Yes it is tricky. I just listened to the Tommy Johnson version about ten million times... exaggerating, but a lot. I learned the guitar part and vocal part separately...

Singing sounds good...I can tell you have been working on it. Guitar playing is nice and steady and you have a good touch on the instrument. Good work...I think you nailed it.
