Corey, as always so inspiring!! I have been working more on feel, technique, and breath as you say. Trying to tie bass licks together with fingers to get that thump is a challenge, however, that is why I love playing the guitar. Endless creativity, sounds and great teachers like you and Duke. I am the blessed one to follow and learn. Peace.
I do love Peter Green, But BB is just Granddaddy of it all. I wonder just how many blues players he has brought to the Blues. or just fans. Then how many guitarists he has helped.. Smoother, harder, louder or longer, there is only one BB King!
Just love your lessons. With my split personality of acoustic and electric, I just love it all. The passion is there, the effort is put forth, the only negative is time.
Just wanted to thank you for your effort & time to help others.
This is a beautiful song and I look forward to learning it. I think the rhythm will come, but we will see. Thanks for seeing you in Texas this summer. As soon as I can gut it up I will play some of your music to the best of my ability, then you can guide me. Thanks for all your help!
Finally understand that b string stretch. Been hearing one of my favorite blues players do it here in Dallas. Lightning Hopkins is one of his favorites with the Deep Ellum influence here.
Singing is the hardest thing for me to do, which greatly limits my ability. So thanks so much for the hints on that and the multiple into's and ending's. Also the great thing with the lessons, I can go back over and over til I get it. Have a great day.
Thanks for sharing the blues. I really enjoy your lessons. Trying to start a practice routine of acoustic everyday, along with my electric. Have a great day of music.
First I worked on the rythm, got it for the right hand, but the 1 to 4 with the g7th...I break in my rythm pattern.
It took me about 10 minutes, but I finally got the lead/melody down. Now I am going to work on it with the record and see how I do?? Either way, I feel like I have a head start. I love your lessons and ease in teaching. Thanks so much for a great lesson!!
I will work on video of me playing. I have never done that, guess I like to leave a little to my imagination instead to the reality to how I play:) Time to grow and face the music. Thanks for the reply.
Rreally enjoyed T-Bone lessons. I play with it all the time, but I miss the real sound more than I hit it. I know it is basically easy, but just skips by me?? I am a work in progress and really love watching your videos to help.
Thanks, Corey..I now have hope that I can sneak in on some of my acoustic blues friends with a hope they will play with me. A lot of work to be done on my part, but that's cool. I can't harldly believe this web site. Great musicians, great taste, and great lessons.!!!
Thanks, Duke!!! Your info is invaluable for me. Guides me thru and into more creative and entertaining guitar work. Since I am a work in progress, so is my ear. Have a great weekend!!!
My mood has moved up to the clouds! Then now and always ...learn, practice, enjoy and patience.
Thank you Duke for the blessing

Hash Brown told me anytime I can learn from the master, I had better take advantage. All this time I thought he was the master:)
Ok, I am going to be learning some good stuff, now!! Thanks for taking the time to help all us other guitar loving people. Have a great day!
