Hello Friends,
This week we work on the second part of the rhythm guitar from the modulation to Bb from F. We start off by playing C-7 to F to get to the start of the vocal. The we learn the full chorus in Bb. After the vocal we play 2 A sections where the solo is and the vocal comes back to the bridge and one more A section with a retarded last several beats. Now you are ready to play the whole song with the track.

Thanks for your quick reply. I see the sheet music chords you are talking about, but what I would like is the Chord boxes with the dots to show where you put your fingers. These chord boxes are another great learning tool.

Hi Mike, Sonic Junction doesn't use chord boxes but there are plenty of books with them available. Duke

Ok, here's my cut. Really enjoying this one (Duke Ellington is the gold standard right?!)
Aside from being a cool tune and another great lesson, I'm starting (because I'm slow!) to more naturally take elements of other lessons into what I'm playing. For example one of the little gems you shared on 'Romance in the Dark' has found it's way into the way I play this.
