Hey Sonic Junction -
Rick Estrin back with the seventh and final verse of Sloppin’ and Slidin’ - This verse combines many of the elements we’ve been using: We’ve got the slop, or double-stops (of course). We’ve got the slides, or glissandos - We mix in some contrast with a couple cute little, sneaky-sounding licks, and we end it all up with a dramatic-sounding flourish, using the 6 draw and even going up to the 8 draw for a second! After all, you wanna let ‘em know when it’s time to clap! I hope you’ve enjoyed Sloppin’ and Slidin’ with me, and as always, feel free to contact me right here at Sonic Junction with any questions you may have.
Have fun and I’ll see you next time!
Rick
