Hey Sonic Junction -
Rick Estrin here, back with lesson 2 in the series, "You Don't Love Me That Way". In this lesson we finish out the first complete verse of the song and go over several of the tools we'll be using throughout the series: There'll be combination hand technique/note bending for vocal effects. We'll be working with the 3 blow/2 draw push/pull device, using double-stops, or intentional slop, and as always, keeping in mind what I call "making apparent sense" - And, remember, the groove is king. This should keep you busy while we're "sheltering in place".
Have fun with it, and I'll see you next week.
Rick Estrin
