Hi Steve --- the chord chart is for the Kansas City style of How Long Blues. The key word here is "style." What you find in jazz and blues is that you can play the same song many different ways.
Hi Douglas --- glad you are enjoying Duke's lessons. We have many members from the UK. You can pay with your credit / debit card or with a PayPal account. You may want to check out our FAQ as it has a lot of good information about how the subscriptions work.
Hi Douglas --- welcome to Sonic Junction. You can print out the chords and tab by clicking on the print icon in the upper right corner of the screen. It's a fixed element --- so it's always about an inch down from the top right corner. If you have any further questions --- feel free to get in touch with us via the Contact Us page here:
Great song Duke! I really like your solo from the After Hours Swing Session. Your band sounds great too. Clarinet and Sax solos are awesome and I love the "feel" of the drums.
Hi Joe --- Rick is playing an A Harmonica in the Key of E. He's playing cross-harp. The song is in the Key of E --- but the harmonica being used in an A Harmonica.
Hi Steve --- good question. Everything is public --- just like a Masterclass. That way everyone benefits from the interaction. I've heard from a lot of people that they love seeing videos --- so thanks again for posting.
Hi Corey --- I love this tune!! Thanks for teaching it. I'm finally starting to get comfortable with the slide. It's cool because you can really give the notes a vocal / organic quality once it starts to feel natural.
I'll post a video soon, but just wanted to say thanks and let you know how much I'm enjoying it. All the best.
Hi Jeff --- thanks for letting us know. It's likely an interaction with your system.
Can you tell me what type of computer you have and what browser (Chrome, Firefox ...) you are using?

Thanks.
Beautiful Duke! I swear I can hear some New Orleans Jazz in some of the Charlie Christian riffs. That last descending riff in particular. Great stuff.

Absolutely beautiful!! Made my day. I love how you mix swing and bluesly lines.
Cool transition / chord line around 1:22 --- I only wish the video was better. We're you using the webcam recorder?

Hi Steve --- you sound great! It's cool seeing you bring it all together.
You got me running, you got me hiding
You got me run, hide, hide, run
Anyway you want it let it roll
Yeah, yeah, yeah
You got me doing what you want me
Baby what you want me to do
I'm going up, I'm going down
I'm going up, down, down, up,
Anyway you want it let it roll
Yeah, yeah, yeah
You got me doing what you want me
Baby what you want me to do
Hi Corey --- this is a GREAT tune! Looking forward to learning this one.

We now have a backing track available for Flying Home. Just click on the play button right below the video recorder on the right hand of your screen.
Enjoy Duke and Brad.
Hi Corey --- here's where I'm at with the tune. It's really fun.
I still need to clean things up --- and add in the variations on the V (which are very cool). Thanks in advance for the thoughts and feedback.

Hi Boyd --- Yes, we will get a backing track made for this series of lessons. It's a great tune and I think there is a lot of depth to it.
Hi Richard --- great catch! You're absolutely right. I've updated the fingering. Thanks for letting us know.
