Thank you Duke, I'm on side B of my life now (63), Sonic Junction is the best! Life on side A was moving the turntable needle back and forth over and over to learn the guitar...lol. thanks from St.Louis, USA.
Hello Everyone, I just want to say thanks for joining me this last year on Sonic Junctiion and I look forward to seeing you in 2017! Tell all your friends about us and see you next year! Duke Robillard
I really like the new look of the site. It's very cool and much easier to navigate. Thanks for the update. I like it here and it just keeps getting better.
I've learned a lot from you - Mahalo ! I started years ago with your great Harmonica Master Class Book/ CDs series. It's an honor to have the opportunity to now continue to learn from you on Sonic Junction. I've enjoyed your music for so many years - with Muddy, with Eric and on your own CDs as well as the work you've done with other great artist.
You did a CD awhile ago with Ronnie Earl and the broadcasters and Darrell Nulisch titled "SOUL SEARCHING". On that CD you covered the amazing Johnny Shines/Walter Horton classic "Evening Sun" and did a stunning version! Could you create a lesson for "Evening Sun"?
Hi Kevin --- if you keep scrolling down the page --- more lessons should appear as you hit the bottom of the page. It may take a couple seconds for them to load the first time. Can you let me know if it works for you? Thanks.
Newby here, where can I view all of dukes lessons, when I click on his name and go to .all lessons. There's only 3 there, where's the rest of em, are they all on a page somewhere so I can choose which one to try. ? Viewing on iPad mini, loving the site tho.
Hi Tom - Good to hear from you. Charlie left in 2008, but I've still got the band - still traveling and recording. If you're in the San Francisco bay area on 12/29, Little Charlie will be back with the Nightcats at Biscuits and Blues in downtown SF, subbing for Kid Andersen who'll be home in Norway for Christmas.
Just popped in to tell you how great it is again to see and hear your harp playing. Been a fan ever since the nightcats. please pass my well wishes on to Charlie as well.

One can search out how to record what plays through your computer speakers and find solutions to downloading the tracks without having to download them.
Go to the Masterclass section and start working your way through all the basic techniques, starting with chord rhythm. After you have a good grasp of the fundamentals, you'll be ready to follow the song breakdowns.
